Don't let back problems or the potential of sway you from having great sex!!!
Try using this wedge. It is called the Liberator Sex Wedge/ Ramp and it sells for about $200.
Not only is this wedge beneficial for keeping your back from getting all kinds of cramped up while you try to contort into different positions like a Bend-A-Roo...it can also add a little SPICE in the bedroom..
And who couldn't use a little bit of both...

Questions from Facebook and Twitter....
Questions from Facebook and Twitter:
D. (Female) asks: How can Chiropractic help females with the equivalent of E.D., meaning I feel it all over, but my lady parts do not seem to want to co-operate.
Well, D. I am assuming you mean your vagina is not lubricating properly (um, was that so hard to say? I mean, really, we need to be more open about this subject).
From: Sexuality and Spinal Cord Injuries:
The physiology of the female sexual act has not been studied as well as the male sexual act. However, female sexual satisfaction is dependent on a complex interaction of the endocrine and nervous systems. Sexual excitation is the result of psychogenic and physical stimulation. This arousal is manifested by vaginal lubrication and tightening of the interoitus. Stimulation of the genital region including the clitoris, labia majora and labia minora causes afferent signals to travel via the pudendal nerve into the S2 to S4 segments of the spinal cord. These fibers interact with efferent parasympathetic fibers that project through the pelvic nerve. The result is dilation of arteries to perineal muscles and tightening of the interoitus. In addition, the parasympathetic fibers cause the Bartolin’s glands to secrete mucus, which aids in vaginal lubrication.
Female orgasm is characterized by the rhythmic contraction of the pelvic structures. Female orgasm also results in cervical dilation, which may aid in sperm transport and fertility.
So, basically, if you are out of alignment in your lower back, this can keep the nerves from functioning properly, thus reducing your ability to lubricate properly. Get adjusted...and get busy.
Another question this one is from twitter...
A. (male) asks "Can going to a doctor help make your erection last longer?"
And the answer to your question A. is simply...yes. Again, the nerves coming out of the low back area are directly affecting the works going on in your erection. There is more to it than nerves of course, some men think of Baseball or whatever from what I understand..but if you are UNABLE to make it last longer (premature ejaculation) then there could be some problems in that lower back area. And yes by getting you in proper spinal alignment, you can help ANY sexual problem..
Now, get adjusted..and get busy.
